Block Calculation

Preparation

To calculate the yardage for blocks, you must enter the appropriate values.

However, before doing so, check or adjust the default settings for the planned fabrics you want to use. For this, you look at the fabric default settings.

The most important values are:

You also need to check or adjust the preference settings.

If you have set everything correctly, we can start by entering the block data.

Each time you enter Block Size, Block Height is overwritten with exactly that value.
The value can also be entered in the form “width” × “height”, thus setting the height at the same time.

If you do not enter the height, it will automatically be set as the size. So they are squares.
