Fabric Memory Handling

You can manage up to six different types of fabrics. It is always one of the fabrics of the current.

You select the current fabric by pressing “Conv” + “1..6”.
e.g.: “Conf” + “3” makes Fabric 3 active.

Fabric Length

If you have bought a piece of fabric, proceed as follows:
First, select the fabric number (e.g. "Conv"+"2") and then save the fabric length:

e.g.

 2 "yard" 1 "a b/c" 2 "2nd" "×"

With this you have stored a fabric length of 2½ yards in the current fabric; in our example in Fabric$ _2 $.

Fabric Price

You paid $72.0 for the 2½ yard.

press the following keystroke:

"7" "2" "2nd" "9"

The display shows “FAB$ _2 $ price 28.80 $/yd” because the cost is converted directly into a price 2) per unit 3).

Fabric Memory

As already said, we have 6 different fabric storage locations: Fabric 1 .. Fabric 6.

This can be used to save various calculate Yardage values4).

e.g. The display shows a length of 34 in press: “nd”+“3” to store this 34“ in FAB$ _3 $.

The values ​​stored in this way together with the prices per unit of the individual fabrics will later be used to calculate the total costs.

Fabric Clean up

  1. With the keystroke, “2nd” + “⌫ DEL” (Clear Fabric), all values ​​of the fabrics are deleted and reset to their default values.
  2. By writing a 0 in a fabric memory, only the stored value is deleted, but not its default values.
    e.g. “0” + “2nd” + “5” will clear the memory of FAB$ _5 $.
